6. Response time
TECHNIMA GROUP undertakes to reply to your request for access, rectification or opposition or for any other additional request for information, within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed one month from reception of your request.
7. Authorised service providers and transfer to another country outside the European Union
TECHNIMA GROUP informs you that it uses authorised service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you provide. Certain service providers may be located outside the European Union and the data collected is communicated via the various forms present on the Website (with the exception of the form that enables you to exercise your rights concerning information technology and freedoms which is proposed and operated by TECHNIMA GROUP).
TECHNIMA GROUP has, prior to accepting the services of any such provider, ensured that adequate guarantees are in place together with strict conditions concerning confidentiality and the use and protection of data.
