Especially for cold galvanising iron and steel constructions, retouching and repair of damaged parts to old and weathered zinc in steel construction, trailer construction, fencing, heavy industry etc. As a primer gives shiny and long-lasting protection against corrosion on iron and steel, and due to the colour fastness lets the treated surface look as ‘fresh’ as galvanised metal. Fast drying, with a strong adhesiveness and excellent for painting over. Temperature resistant up to approx. 250°C.
Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging and act accordingly.
The aerosol can should be at room temperature. Ideal processing temperature 15 to 25°C. Shake the aerosol can well for 2 minutes before use and spray a sample. Distance to the surface to be treated should be approximately 25 to 30 cm. Apply PRO-Paint Zinc spray Alu Gloss in several thin layers. Before applying the next layer, shake the aerosol again. After drying, if desired a primer and a top coat can be applied. After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 5 seconds).
