Primer Zinc Phosphate

PRO-Tech Primer Zinc Phosphate is a matt, filling primer based on a zinc phosphate pigment. It offers protection against corrosion on bare iron and bare steel and is very fast drying. This makes this product extremely suitable for production and construction work. The primer also adheres to zinc, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and old coatings. Heat resistant up to 120°C.

Instructions for use
Before using the PRO-Tech Primer Zinc Phosphate, carefully read the instructions on the packaging and act accordingly.
The surface should be clean, dry and free of grease. The aerosol can should be at room temperature. The ideal processing temperature is from 15 to 25°C. Shake the aerosol can well for 2 minutes before use and spray a sample. Distance to the surface to be treated approximately 25 to 30 centimetres. Apply the zinc phosphate primer apply in several thin layers. Before applying the next layer, shake the aerosol again. After drying, if desired, the finishing coat can be applied. After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approximately 5 seconds).
